HCS believes education is the best way to prevent disease. The health education project was started in 2008 in collaboration with other organizations and health professionals. Sessions are held in various camps around Lebanon. Topics covered include:

- Hypertension prevention and management
- Breast cancer risks and screening
- Nutrition
- Breastfeeding
- Early marriages
- Substance abuse
- Smoking cessation campaigns
